TERIMAYO HOT DOG | 和風照燒熱狗

SHREDDED DRIED PORK 豬肉鬆

亞洲風味熱狗。傳統的熱狗可能加的是番茄醬,黃芥末醬和調味料。而獅牌風格的熱狗會帶您的味蕾最大的滿足。製作過程簡單,是家庭的最愛選擇! 


INGREDIENTS 配料

  • Soo’s Shredded Dried Pork (Sesame & Seaweed)  獅牌海苔芝麻豬肉鬆
  • Hot Dog Sausage  熱狗香腸
  • Hot Dog Bun  熱狗麵包
  • Japanese Mayonnaise  日本蛋黃醬
  • Okonomiyaki Sauce  大阪燒醬


INSTRUCTIONS 烹调步驟

Step 1: Grill both the hot dog sausage and bun on a grill. Alternatively, you can toast each ingredient in an oven.

Step 2: After it is grilled to your preference, assemble the sausage in the hot dog bun. Open it slightly and drizzle Japanese Mayonnaise and Okonomiyaki Sauce. Top it off with a generous amount of Soo Jerky’s Seaweed Shredded Dried Pork. Serve immediately.

  

步驟1: 在烤架上同時烤熱狗香腸和熱狗麵包。 或者, 您可以在烤箱中烘烤。

步驟2: 根據您的喜好將其烤熟後,  將香腸放入熱狗麵包中。稍微打開麵包, 然後淋上日本蛋黃醬和大阪燒醬。再加上足量的獅牌海苔芝麻豬肉鬆。就可以馬上享用了。
