Step 1: Rimming the glass: In a dish that will fit your glass upside down, pour just enough salt and pepper into it to cover about half a centimetre (or more depending how many glasses you intend to rim). Step 2: In this order, add the ice into the cup, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of hot sauce, vodka, and Clamato Juice. Take a piece of Soo Jerky’s Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky, cut a slit into it so that it can sit on the glass. Garnish with a pickled bean, wedge of lime and Soo Jerky’s Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky.
