CENTURY EGG ON TOFU | 皮蛋豆腐

SHREDDED DRIED PORK 豬肉鬆

Add Soo Jerky’s Shredded Dried Pork to tofu paired with century eggs for extra texture and flavour.

將獅牌豬肉鬆加入豆腐之中,再搭配上皮蛋,口感和口味會更加豐富。 


INGREDIENTS 配料

  • 1 Cup Soo Jerky’s Shredded Dried Pork  1杯獅牌豬肉鬆
  • 1 Block of Tofu  1塊豆腐
  • 1 Century Egg  1皮蛋
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Scallions  1/4杯切碎的蔥
  • 1 tbsp Thick Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)  1湯匙濃甜醬油


INSTRUCTIONS 烹调步驟

Step 1: Drain and pat dry the tofu then place onto plate (Optional: if you prefer cooked tofu then steam for 10 minutes and drain water; otherwise, the tofu can be eaten raw. Be sure the check the expiry date).

Step 2: Peel then slice the century egg and chop scallions. Place Soo Jerky’s Shredded Dried Pork on tofu and drizzle thick sweet soy sauce, followed by the century egg and scallions. Serve and Enjoy.


步驟1: 將豆腐瀝乾, 然後放在盤子上 (其他選擇: 如果您喜歡煮熟的豆腐, 那麼先蒸10分鐘再瀝乾水分; 或者, 豆腐可以直接生吃, 但請確保檢查其保質期)。

步驟2: 將皮蛋去皮, 蔥切成段, 把獅牌豬肉鬆放在豆腐上, 淋上濃濃的甜醬油, 再放上皮蛋和蔥段。就可以享用了。
