Step 1: Shred Soo Jerky’s Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky. Peel and slice or section citrus fruits. Toss Fennel Radicchio and arugula with salt and olive oil.
Step 2: Plate greens with fruit and top with Soo Jerky’s Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top with more olive oil as desired. Dust with cracked pepper.
