Satay Beef Jerky

Coconut Ice Cream

Savoury in a bowl of sweet, creamy goodness. Mmm.

Ingredients

2 scoops Coconut ice cream (if you want to make your own coconut ice cream, check out this recipe here)
1 tbsp Shredded toasted coconut

 

Instructions

Step 1: Shred Soo Jerky’s Satay Beef Jerky. With a spoon, scoop out the desired amount of coconut ice cream into a bowl.

 

Step 2: Sprinkle the shredded Satay Beef Jerky on top. Add shredded toasted coconut for garnish. Serve cold.
